Abstract
We explore the integration of AI, specifically ChatGPT, into physics education by leveraging it for problem generation. As large language models become increasingly capable, their potential as educational tools grows. This work examines how ChatGPT can assist instructors in generating novel physics problems, discusses the quality and diversity of the generated problems, and considers the implications for both teaching and learning in physics courses.
